Ripe blackberries, cassis, cherries and prunes. These aromas and flavours followed by a hint of black pepper and smoked meats, typical of the Syrah grape, creates a vibrant experience in the nose and on the palate. This fruit-forward wine with its lively acidity is definitely a people pleaser.

100% Syrah and 100% destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in closed stainless steel tanks for 15 days, pumping over twice a day. These handpicked grapes come from vines which are on average 10 years of age.

The Vallets have been cultivating vines for over 150 years but it was not until 1990 when Anthony’s father, Louis left the cooperative to start his own domaine. Since joining his father in 1998, Anthony now possesses 14 hectares of vines, producing 8 different wines that showcase their terroir. His expertise in the vineyards and in the winery reflect the geographical and climatic differences in each of his vineyards.
